Booking terms
Choose your tour
To choose the most suitable trip for your cycling experience and skill. Read carefully all detailed information of the selected trip itinerary such as daily distance, accommodation, price includes and excludes, and gravel biking tour, walk/horse excursions tour and guided bikepacking.
Booking Confirmation
Upon completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details within the confirmation are accurate.
Check tour availability status and price per person
Each tour price per person is announced min of 2 participants and if the number of participants is increased the price per person will be decreased. There will be the maximum number of travel groups will be 12-16 people.
Each tour has announced several dates and booking status will follow 3 sections.
Payment Policy
When the completed booking form is received, a "detailed deposit payment invoice" is sent to you by email attachment. The deposit payment should be paid by a bank transfer to our bank account and your participation will be confirmed once we receive it in our account. Depending on the selected tour price the deposit payment will be $500 - $1000 per person.
The Balance payment should be paid by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to the trip commencement. We will send you the balance payment invoice within 5 weeks before the trip starts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The tour arrangements are always pre-paid for reserve the booking for the local flight, hotel, and tourist ger camps. If you cancel the tour, we will charge the following from your tour payment.
* within 7-0 days prior to trip start: 100% of the tour price
* within 14-8 days prior to trip start: 50% of the tour price
* within 28-15 days prior to trip start: 30% of the tour price
* within 28 and more days prior to trip start: an administration fee of US$100-200 per person depending on the tour duration.
Request Single supplement
Our tour price is calculated for twin occupancy in hotel rooms and tents. If you would like to stay by yourself in the hotel room and tent during a trip, the Single Supplement Fee (quoted separately) will be charged.
For the following 2 cases, Single Supplement Fee will be charged by default:
1. If no roommate of the same gender is available
2. If number of passengers in the group is odd, the last booked person's

We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the booking process or during the use of our facilities.
